Katya Mitro is a Client Services Specialist at Lee & Associates, bringing a fresh yet impactful background in commercial real estate research and analysis. She recently graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Real Estate Finance and a minor in Economics. While completing her degree, Katya began her career as a Commercial Real Estate Intern with Landmark Enterprises, where she conducted research and produced in-depth post–COVID-19 market reports for both the medical office and industrial sectors across the tri-county area. This work sharpened her analytical skills and deepened her knowledge of Charleston’s commercial real estate market.

Known for her creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and ambitious drive, Katya excels at translating complex data into actionable insights and supporting client relationships. She actively contributes to CREW Charleston and is involved in FORE (Future of Real Estate) to further expand her professional network and industry engagement.

Outside of work, Katya maintains balance and inspiration through Pilates, beach outings, and exploring Charleston’s historic neighborhoods on foot. She’s an avid advocate for staying active, discovering new local spots, and bringing that same spirit of curiosity and dedication to her role at Lee & Associates.
