Katya Mitro is a Client Services Specialist at Colliers South Carolina, where she supports industrial, Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS), and investment property assignments throughout the Southeast. She holds a South Carolina real estate license and was recognized with the Rising Star Award at the 2025 Colliers South Carolina Awards Celebration. Katya earned a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Real Estate Finance with a minor in Economics from the College of Charleston.

In her role, Katya provides market research, property analysis, marketing coordination, and transaction support for a variety of industrial and investment property clients. Prior to joining Colliers, she gained commercial real estate experience through an internship with Landmark Enterprises, where she conducted market research and analysis for the Charleston region.

Known for her attention to detail, analytical mindset, and creative problem-solving, Katya helps translate complex market data into actionable insights while supporting client relationships and transaction execution. She is an active member of CREW Charleston and participates in FORE (Future of Real Estate) to further expand her industry involvement and professional network.

Outside of work, Katya enjoys Pilates, spending time at the beach, and exploring Charleston's historic neighborhoods.
